Specialist Audit and Internal Control System.
Your Role:
As a specialist in audit and ICS, you are significantly involved in the continuous improvement of our business processes. We consider compliance with laws and internal regulations to be the basis of our business activities. Our goal is to minimize business risks, create more transparency and further develop our EMEA-wide company organization. You work independently, with many active interfaces to other departments and organizations in EMEA and Japan.
What she expects:

Planning, preparation, administration, and follow-up of the J-SOX exam at the European level

Support for the further development of the ICS

Best practice sharing between the European national companies

Assistance in planning and conducting audits in our EMEA offices

Independent implementation of audits of specified business processes

Documentation of the results, development of an improvement plan, implementation of the measures; Follow-up, and evaluation of the result

Support in the further development of the internal audit management system in cooperation with other specialist departments
What we expect:

You have successfully completed a degree in economics or comparable training, e.g. B. in the area of finance

You have at least 2 years of experience in a commercial field

Very good user knowledge in Excel is a matter of course for you

Good knowledge of SAP is an advantage

You maintain a proactive work style with strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills. You will work accurately, and independently and always keep an overview

You are fluent in English and German

Intercultural competence, strong communication skills, and team spirit complete your profile
