Sourcing Manager
in the Merchandise category – Specific molded parts made of rubber, silicone, and elastomer composite parts
You move a lot:

Development and implementation of strategies of the sub-category of your area of responsibility

Definition of strategic procurement options and cooperation with the product managers, inventory and requirements planning, operational purchasing, and the factories.

Overall responsibility for the assigned supplier contract management (creation, maintenance, termination)
-
Achievement of KPIs such as cost savings, contract coverage, payment terms, quality, and sustainability; Overall supplier performance in line with DeLaval standards

Project participation and project management in the field of polymers
What to bring:

Enthusiasm for the area of sourcing, if you have a commercial interest, negotiating skills, and technical understanding.

You promote cross-functional work, communicate clearly and transparently, and form networks with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Successfully completed studies in business administration or engineering

Many years of industry experience in a global setting in strategic purchasing

Analytical and structured way of working and good negotiation skills
