This is only possible with a well-functioning recruiting team, for which we will recruit you as a (Junior) Active Sourcing / Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d) full-time or part-time for further support at the Augsburg location at the CHECK24 comparison portal Mietwagen.
Your tasks include

You support the Augsburg recruiting team in all active sourcing activities and thus make a significant contribution to the further expansion of the location

You research relevant platforms for suitable candidates in the areas of IT, product management, online marketing, finance, customer service, etc.

You independently carry out the entire recruiting process including telephone interviews, establish trusting contact with potential applicants by means of a target group-specific and individual approach, and inspire your candidates for CHECK24

You act as the contact person for our hiring manager when filling open positions

You are constantly on the lookout for new innovative sourcing opportunities and implement them in day-to-day business

You work closely with the management and keep them up to date with regular reports and systematic market, company, and competition analyses

You support the recruiting team with your communication skills at trade fairs, university, and recruiting events

You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in human resources or a context-relevant degree

You have already gained initial professional experience (e.g. in a personnel consultancy) in the field of active sourcing
