YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will actively and sustainably support the chief physician in the internal work processes and, in your area of responsibility, ensure the necessary quality of treatment and results for the achievement of the greatest possible self-help ability and self-determination of the patients.
You share responsibility for the design and economic management of the clinic, the clinic-specific DRG controlling, and quality management. You are particularly interested in the professional development of the residents in your area of responsibility and in the trusting, conceptual cooperation in the department’s multi-professional team of doctors, nursing staff, neuropsychologists, and therapists and the interdisciplinary cooperation partners.

Additional qualification in geriatrics; alternatively, willingness to acquire this as part of the existing 18-month advanced training authorization
