Planning and management of demanding cross-divisional software development projects on an international level

Accompanying the projects from the initiation to the handover to the operative business

Focusing on the project goals and transparency of the dependencies as well as the ongoing development results

A coordinative hub between internal and external units and joint design of a structured exchange of information and knowledge

Supporting the product owners and teams in planning and prioritizing the project backlog at the feature level

Communicating key project obstacles and opportunities at all levels and promoting a constructive and solution-oriented approach

YOUR TECH STACK

Several years of experience as a software or IT project manager, product owner, product manager, or delivery manager in an agile, scaled environment

Professional experience in the implementation of complex software and/or IT projects

Good methodical knowledge in dealing with distributed teams as well as the ability to communicate at all levels in a goal-oriented, transparent, and clearly understandable manner

Knowledge and practical experience with agile frameworks and methods (certifications advantageous)
