The task area

New customer acquisition and existing customer support in the area of software licenses and IT services with the aim of long-term customer relationships

Customer advise with a focus on economic and technical topics in the field of IT and software

Renegotiations for managed services and framework agreements for software

Development of cross- & up-selling potential

Integration and coordination of specialist sales colleagues for the acquisition of holistic IT solutions

Independent observation of the market and development/implementation of corresponding sales activities in cooperation with internal sales and our specialists

your work experience

years of professionalism in IT services and software sales

Microsoft licensing know-how is desirable

Experience in acquiring new customers in the IT environment and in supporting existing customers
