YOUR TASKS

Independent management of the secretariat

Scheduling appointments for outpatients

Admission of patients to the clinical workstation system (KAS)

mailing and material orders

Formal corrections of doctor’s letters and reports

Correspondence (telephone, email, post)
YOUR PROFILE

Completed training (m/f/d) with experience in medicine (clinic or practice)

PC knowledge (SAP is important – at least great willingness to familiarize yourself)

Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written

Don’t be afraid of the phone

Practiced writing doctor’s letters from dictation

Working time of 50% – 75% spread over Mon. – Fri.

YOUR TASKs

Organization of the rheumatological and pneumatological outpatient clinic, this also includes the writing activities and the quarterly accounts

Representation in the chief physician’s secretariat and the ultrasound department

Supporting the ward physicians as ward secretary in preparing and completing medical reports, managing the storage of patient files, requesting and processing external findings, coordinating external telephone calls, organizing planned examinations and extensive documentation

Contact person for patients, colleagues in the team, and from other departments
YOU HAVE

Completed training in a commercial or medical profession, preferably with longer professional experience

Friendly and helpful manners, especially in challenging situations

Organizational skills and teamwork

Time flexibility in substitution situations

Good knowledge of medical terminology and good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
