  • Independent management of the secretariat

  • Scheduling appointments for outpatients

  • Admission of patients to the clinical workstation system (KAS)

  • mailing and material orders

  • Formal corrections of doctor’s letters and reports

  • Correspondence (telephone, email, post)


  • Completed training (m/f/d) with experience in medicine (clinic or practice)

  • PC knowledge (SAP is important – at least great willingness to familiarize yourself)

  • Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written

  • teamwork

  • Very patient oriented

  • Don’t be afraid of the phone

  • Practiced writing doctor’s letters from dictation

  • Working time of 50% – 75% spread over Mon. – Fri.
