We are constantly growing and are looking for you as a new team member for our Key Account Management team!
Your tasks:
Our key account managers are the central contacts for selected partners from the mid-size to the enterprise segment. These system houses and MSPs typically serve end customers with up to several thousand endpoints and require dedicated support and contact due to the existing organizational structures and decision-making processes.
In close personal contact with the decision-makers of these selected partners, as a Key Account Manager you will identify essential customer needs, independently identify growth potential, and use this for the consistent and sustainable positive sales development of our partners. The identification of potential new partners is just as much a part of the range of tasks as the close cooperation with the relevant specialist teams in order to guarantee a customer-oriented range of products, advice, and services at all times, as well as a professional approach to partners.

You are the first and central contact for our specialist retail partners in the mid-size segment in the DACH region

You deal with building a good, personal, and yet professional relationship with these partners and their decision-makers

You have a well-founded understanding of the individual decision-making processes and structures at the respective partners

You identify customer needs and translate them into sustainable sales development for the partners

You will be responsible for the continuous cross-product and cross-team support of the partners and deal with the identification and approach of new, promising partners

As a member of the Key Account Management team, you will plan and prioritize the operational focus areas and strategic measures

You have several years of experience in sales, ideally, you have already gained experience in the IT industry or have a corresponding IT affinity

You possess strong analytical skills, are communicative and eloquent

You enjoy customer contact and you find it easy to win customers through your professional demeanor and enthusiasm

You are characterized by a structured, independent, and precise way of working as well as your high resilience, conceptual thinking, creativity, and ability to work in a team
