Your Tasks

Establishment and further development of strongly sustainable customer relationships with existing customers

Receiving all requests for information from existing customers in the banking environment and ensuring the best possible placement in close cooperation with our recruiting experts

Independent job coordination and independent management of the recruitment process at the customer, including ensuring the process flows and compliance with customer-specific requirements along the entire value chain

Placement of the entire service portfolio with existing customers

Intensification of cooperation with the branches with regard to expanding the customer base and exploiting the cross-selling potential

Guaranteeing normal correspondence about existing and new business amazing open doors in the space of Key Records

Realization of Germany-wide cooperation as well as the implementation of campaigns with the respective existing customers

What you should have for the role of Key Account Manager

Experience in filling positions in the banking environment is desirable

Studies in economics or commercial training

Experience in strategic key account management is an advantage
