These are your tasks:

Ensuring system availability and troubleshooting (incident/request) in the MS client/server / Office 365 and Citrix / AVD environment

Service management in IT support 1st and 2nd level

Administration in the area of MS Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange

Administration of the IT infrastructure (LAN / WLAN / switch/patch management)

Management of the internal SharePoint landscape

Administration of the MECM (SCCM) server

Installation and configuration of client workstations including the associated peripherals

Coordination of international IT projects in the client and server environment between specialist departments and external service providers

Documentation of IT incidents/requests in the existing ticket system
Your skills:

Completed training or studies in business informatics or computer science or comparable qualification

Very good knowledge of MS Windows operating systems

Experience with Office 365 environments

Knowledge of ServiceDesk tools (preferably SysAid)

Support experience from mobile devices iPhone, Android

Administration knowledge in the SharePoint environment

Administration knowledge of the MECM (SCCM) server and client management

Remote Tools as your favorite IT tools

Experience as a project manager in the client and backend area
