Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the holistic implementation of the recruiting processes in various support areas and act as a reliable advisor and sparring partner for the managers

  • They initiate target-oriented sourcing strategies, set up the necessary networks, identify suitable recruiting channels, create accurate job advertisements and control the right service providers

  • You will identify new, creative methods and strategies in the area of ​​talent acquisition in order to reach target groups and implement them successfully in the direct approach to talents

  • You analyze competitors and the labor market with regard to processes, insights, benefits & incentives, best practices, and candidate management

Your profile

  • You have completed a degree, e.g. human resources management, psychology, or business administration with a focus on human resources, or have completed a comparable degree

  • You have a high level of business, customer, and solution orientation

Your tasks
