HR Manager People & Culture 

Your tasks

  • Contact person (m/f/d) for our managers and employees in the area of ​​HR support

  • Goal-oriented and independent advice and support in all HR and labor law issues

  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process from developing the requirement profile to onboarding for various departments and teams

  • offboarding process

  • General administrative activities, such as the creation of employment contracts, references, and job advertisements as well as correspondence with employees and applicants

  • Employee support in all billing, tax, and social security issues

  • Interface to payroll accounting

  • Organization of seminars, training courses, and workshops in the fields of further education and team and organizational development

  • Optimization and development of innovative HR processes as well as independent implementation

  • Maintenance of personnel master data

  • Preparation of evaluations and statistics for personnel controlling

  • Further development of process definitions as well as the digitization and automation of HR topics

  • Promoting our corporate culture

  • Development and implementation of employer branding and personnel marketing measures (employee retention)

Your personal and professional qualifications

  • Completed studies in the fields of economics, psychology, or social sciences with a focus on human resources

  • Human resources practitioner with several years of expertise

  • Very good knowledge of operational HR processes

  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills

  • Friendly personality with an open ear for our employees

  • Independent and structured way of working

  • Analytical and goal-oriented thinking skills

  • Very good knowledge of employment law and current topics and trends in HR
