Join our Human Resources department as an assistant in the Human Resources department as soon as possible for a limited period of 24 months part-time at 50-80% (19-30 hours/week).

Your Tasks

  • In your job, you will support the (central) division management on the one hand, and on the other hand, you will take responsibility for defined processes in our HR department relating to administrative or communication-oriented topics.

  • Organization and coordination of appointments as well as preparation and follow-up of national and international online and face-to-face meetings and events

  • Preparation and follow-up of business trips including appointment coordination, travel booking, visa application, travel expense accounting, etc.

  • Carrying out independent correspondence in German and English on various HR topics

  • Completion of classic secretarial activities such as procurement of materials and mail processing

  • Creation and revision of presentation documents

  • Operational support of the (inter)national HR team on administrative and organizational issues

Your Profile

  • First professional experience in the assistance area in an international company

  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification

  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office products (especially PowerPoint) and teams as well as a keen interest in contemporary digital media, communication, and collaboration tools

  • Strong affinity for change

  • Enjoying a lived service orientation and communication with numerous internal/external (inter)national interfaces

  • Business fluent level of English and German (at least C1)
