Manager HR Compensation & Benefits


Would you like to strengthen our HR team? We are looking for a new CoE Total Rewards Associate to be responsible for the implementation and alignment of our Compensation & Benefits processes, as well as our talent acquisition, recognition, and retention efforts. 

A key responsibility is to develop and conduct analysis, evaluate results, and make recommendations to develop and sustain our effective C&B programs in line with our Total Rewards strategy. Another task is to actively support the team in designing new processes and measures, from the idea to implementation!

Tasks with high demands:

  • Conducting job evaluations and maintaining the global database for job evaluations

  • Preparation and implementation of the annual salary round in SAP SuccessFactors

  • Assisting in the implementation of the global and local bonus plan process in SAP SuccessFactors

  • Collection of internal and external data and participation in benchmark studies

  • Advising HR business partners and executives on the issues of remuneration and additional benefits

  • Preparation of information events on remuneration and additional benefits for employees and development of professional communication materials for employees and managers

  • Support in cooperation with other HR departments in the development, adaptation, and implementation of C&B processes and measures

  • Training of the HR team in the application of C&B processes and measures in their areas of responsibility

For people with many qualities:

  • Degree in business administration, economics, legislation, social sciences, or a related discipline from a bachelor’s or university program

  • Professional experience in human resources in a company and/or in a consulting firm

  • General knowledge of compensation and benefits

  • Very good communication skills and initial experience in the areas of project management, change management, and stakeholder management

  • Basic knowledge of methods, measures, processes, and programs of modern personnel management

  • Analytical and creative capabilities, strong Computer proficiency, particularly with MS Excel

  • Fluent in German and English
