You work in an area that is open-minded and relies on agile methods. We work closely together as a team and are involved in cross-departmental and cross-divisional issues. As part of the Marketing and Communication department, you will work in an interdisciplinary manner with a large number of colleagues (m/f/d), from the areas of social media & design, sales marketing, and corporate communications, among others.

You will take on the following tasks:

  • You are responsible for managing and ensuring a consistent, uniform brand image for the Swiss Life Germany brand and our financial sales organizations across all communication channels

  • Your tasks will also include the conception and management of various brand marketing measures and strategy projects in the context of our brands

  • Regular analyzes of the market and competitive situation as well as continuous trend monitoring are part of your area of ​​responsibility

  • You advise other departments on the topic of brand management – focus on brand control

  • You will also continue to develop our employer branding strategy


You bring the following qualifications and skills with you:

  • You have successfully completed your studies, preferably in the field of marketing, completed training as a salesperson (m/f/d) for marketing communication or a comparable qualification
