Supply Chain Specialist
A wide range of tasks await you:
In your role as an employee in logistics/order processing in the Voice Solutions department, you will take care of the ordering, material management, and shipping of hardware components. You will also maintain good relationships with our customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Your tasks break down in detail as follows:

You will process incoming customer orders and assist our customers with questions about the delivery of goods.

You ask suppliers for prices, place orders and check invoices after the goods have been received.

You ship our products nationally and internationally, including the accompanying processes (export/customs/import).

You optimize internal company logistics processes together with the team and carry them out.

You are involved in the SAP introduction and support the implementation.
You round off your interesting profile with the following qualifications:
-
You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, preferably in the field of logistics.

You have already gained professional experience in the field of transport/logistics, ideally in order or material management.

First experience with the customs clearance system ATLAS, with SAP and/or the warehouse management system EPG | LFS, is not mandatory but will make it easier for you to get started in your new role.

You are characterized by a high level of action orientation, flexibility, and good communication skills.

One of your strengths lies in your analytical mindset, But you also know in which situations empathy and sensitivity are needed.

You have good written and spoken German and English skills and are proficient in using common MS Office programs.
