Implementation of a customer-oriented and holistic needs analysis as a basis for advice

Identification of the consulting potential and derivation of tailor-made investment proposals and strategies

Achievement of high-quality advice and satisfaction of our customers

Acquiring new customers by actively addressing our customers and with the help of your recommendation management

Proactively presenting our bank’s customer-friendly omnichannel capabilities to our customers

Long-term customer relationship building and sustainable added value for our customers and members
Well positioned: your profile

Successfully completed training as a bank clerk (d/f/m), ideally an additional qualification in banking or comparable
-
Relevant specialist knowledge and practical experience in advising our customers on securities and cooperation partner products, ideally from the cooperative environment

Proof of expertise and reliability according to § 87 WpHG and WpHG MaAnzV (at least service customer advisor; advisor pass II or comparable)

Strong verbal and written argumentation and communication skills

Regulated working hours as part of our flextime agreement and mobile working in consultation

39 hours per week and 30 days vacation (additional bank holidays on December 24th and 31st)

Fixed salary between €40,586 and €58,175 gross pa (depending on qualifications, wage group, and year of service)
