The APM plays a vital role in the success of a project by helping to ensure that tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Typical duties of an Assistant Project Manager may include:

Supporting the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets

Coordinating project activities and tasks with various stakeholders

Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the Project Manager

Identifying and addressing project issues and risks

Assisting with project documentation, including project reports, status updates, and other project-related documents

Supporting the Project Manager in communicating with project team members, stakeholders, and clients

Helping with the readiness of undertaking propositions and introductions

To become an Assistant Project Manager, typically a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering is required, along with relevant work experience in project management. Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills are also important for success in this role.

OCTAGON MMA. We are a team of 50 professionals and creative people who, under the leadership of Ondřej Novotný and Pavol Neruda, have built the largest sports organization in the Czech and Slovak Republics in an incredible five years.
From TV shows to media productions, promotion events, and press events to sold-out arenas with over 24,000 spectators per event, we have already made a mark in the MMA community in Europe.
As we grow at an incredible rate, broadcasting to 64 countries, we have almost a million fans on social media and are currently launching our first expansion to Germany. In order to implement this successfully, we are planning a broad media and event planner with a TV show and stadium events in Germany in which you can actively participate.

Tasks

Be the right hand of the German Regional Manager and take on your own projects
With the following tasks
-
Project management in all areas of our current and upcoming projects related to events / TV shows/clothing/investor relations/sponsoring/marketing

take care of the organization of various things for the Oktagon Germany expansion, as well as tasks related to media & content productions

Drive communication with all trades, partners, and athletes as well as internal communication between departments
-
Administrative and ad hoc tasks
Qualification
-
Professional experience in project management, as well as in the back office of management in corporate structures
-
preferably experience in administration and the administrative areas of management
-
Structured, independent, and energetic work ethic
-
Proficient use of common office applications, especially Excel
-
Solution-oriented workflow and mindset

It would be ideal if you are interested in sports in general and even better if you have an interest in MMA / Martial Arts

Business fluent in German and English, impeccable spelling and communication skills (basic requirement)
